Home Stretch is an eight-hour homebuyer education workshop created to prepare class participants for the homebuying process. This engaging workshop is facilitated by expert volunteers from Washington County CDA employees, real estate agent, loan officer, and property inspector. Home Stretch is a requirement for most down payment and closing cost assistance and certain mortgage programs. You must attend both nights from 5 - 9 pm to receive a certificate of completion. The workshop will be held in-person at Washington County Community Development Agency (CDA) located at 7645 Currell Boulevard, Woodbury. The intake registration form will be sent via email once registration is completed. The course fee is $40 per household. Fees are non-refundable. To reserve a spot for a second member of your household at no charge, select a "co-buyer" ticket. After purchasing tickets through Eventbrite, you must check your email to complete the registration form. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.
