We are so excited to announce our 10th Annual Hug Detroit Coat & Blanket Drive & Benefit Concert/Jam Session at Woodbridge Pub. “For it is in giving, that we receive.” Detroit Michigan - Hug Detroit Day Community Service & Unlimited Sky Production and Islamic Center of Detroit, Proudly Presents the 10th Annual Hug Detroit Day Coat Blanket Drive & Concert/ Jam Session. Our benefit will be held this year, Sunday, December 18, 2022. The event will be Hosted by Hug Detroit Day Community Service founder Sky Covington. We will have a great musical line-up (tba) and special guest performers. Hug Detroit Day Coat & Blanket Drive was created to help our community, during the fall and winter seasons. Due to tough economic times we collect, donate, coats, socks and blankets to try and do our part in helping to keep our neighbors warm, during the fall and winter months, in the surrounding Metro Detroit area. This year we have added a bike giveaway and canned goods/ non perishable food items. More Options to donate: *Become a partner.
