The Living Green in Creston Committee is organizing a special 1-hour tour of the Kent County Waste-to-Energy facility for Creston residents. If you've ever wondered where your trash goes once it's picked up from your curb, here's your chance to find out. Space for the tour is limited and reserved for residents of Creston. RSVP is required. Attendees must wear close-toed shoes, long pants, and long sleeves. Safety glasses, safety helmet, and hearing protection (all required) will be provided onsite at the Waste to Energy. Onsite parking is limited and attendees will be required to carpool. Thank you for understanding. Details about meeting location and carpooling will be provided the week prior to the tour.
