Optional group discussion at the endWHAT TO EXPECT: Each 90-minute session begins with an opening circle then: Moon Mood - an astrological energy forecastGentle yoga postures & breathwork Relaxing MeditationIntrospective Journal PromptsOpportunity for Discussion (participation is optional, the intention is to help us connect with each other)We close with a moment of gratitude and prayer (secular philosophy welcome!).WHY THE MOON? The moon relates to wisdom, healing, intuition, introspection, emotions, dreams, purification, and psychic abilities. For some, it is also a realization of feminine energy. Moonday Ritual is my way of sharing this magick with you and nurturing a community of like-minded folx! HOW TO PREPARE: Bring a notebook & penBring water, tea, or bevvie of choiceWear comfy clothes (I "joke" pajamas is the unofficial uniform)And come early to settle in!
