Pull basement finish permits for me

We are are doing a lot of basement finishes in Arapahoe County, I need somebody that is licensed to be able to pull the permit there. We do approximately 30 basements a year. I will do all of the paperwork and the drawings for it, I just need somebody to file the permit under their license. $350 per permit paid “when there is proof it’s filed” I’m a general contractor and I’ve been doing basements for 13 years. Just not approved in Arapahoe County. And NO IM NOT PULLING A HOME OWNER PERMIT TO SIDE STEP THE PROCESS.
