Target Hiring Range: $25.25 - $30.80 USD Hourly Total Pay Range: 25.25 – 31.57 – 37.88 USD Hourly Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills.  Please note this position has a 4-day work week, with occasional Fridays, evenings, and weekend shifts. Click Here for our Total Rewards summary.  Job Duties: Observes and inspects assigned heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to determine operating status and effect repairs as required. Provides recommendations regarding equipment upgrades. Maintains and repairs commercial food service equipment. Replaces and repairs plumbing equipment. Provides cost analysis figures for equipment repair. Updates and maintain databases and files. This position requires after hours on call for emergencies such as snow removal or other situations that call for essential personnel. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED 3 years of work-related experience CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) Certification-Universal Class Preferred Qualifications: Stationary Engineer License   Additional Job Information:  This position will require CJIS (Criminal Justice Information System) Clearance prior to employment, training upon hire, and maintained indefinitely.
