FABCO Industrial Services provides filter media, parts, and services to help maintain industrial baghouse and dust collection systems. We manufacture filter bags and filter cartridges at our facility, which allows us to respond quickly to any baghouse issues. We have a service crew which performs a variety of services for our customers including installation, testing, inspection and change-out services to help our customers efficiently maintain their baghouses and dust collection systems. We are growing at a rapid pace and are currently looking to add highly motivated people to join our team as a Field Service Technician Mechanic. Installation of filter bags and cartridges in dust collection systems. Dye Testing and inspection Maintenance logging and reporting of issues or repairs needed on plant equipment, service trailers and service trucks. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all best practices for safety (fall protection, lock out - tag out, confined space entry). Document time and materials used in a timely and accurate manner. Work overtime, including some weekends and holidays as necessary in order to perform installation and maintenance around our customers' production schedules. Overnight travel may be necessary Any other functions or duties as assigned by management Qualifications 1 year minimum maintenance experience Valid WI Driver's license Mechanical skills and training High School diploma Capable of lifting 50 lbs on a frequent basis Physically able to perform work of the trades Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow instructions in English/ Bilingual Teamwork and cooperation Reliable and self-motivated
