I am an old fellow in Opp that owns the house. I need various things done but want to start with dry wall a wall between rooms that has a six foot door in the middle, do ceiling repair from water damage in kitchen, re-texture walls in living room, install hardwood in hallway, painting. You do not need to work 8 hours per day. Retired would be fine. No Smoking at all
