**MUST BE OHIO RESIDENT AND LIVE OVER 50 MILES AWAY** We are IMMEDIATELY hiring General Construction laborers to work at a large solar site in Monroe Township, OHIO. OR APPLY HERE: TITLE: Solar Construction Laborer PAY: $21hr per hour with $100 Per Diem, LOCATION: Monroe Township, OH SCHEDULE: 10 hour days, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm | 6 days a week | 56 hours a week Description: Module Install teams will perform the following functions: assisting the operators in unloading trucks of all the modules and placing them in laydown yard, assisting operators in moving the modules to the work stations, lifting 25-30lbs over and over every several seconds as they are being installed on racks, placing bolts or screws into appropriate holes to hold modules in place, using power drill and hand tools to install all of the modules and work at a fast pace to keep up with production schedules. REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of construction experience 1+ years of doing outdoors work 1+ years of power and hand tool experience Description: Mechanical Installers will be responsible for the following: reading prints to interpret installation requirements, laying out materials for installation, building racking systems, installing modules on the racking systems, performing initial quality control checks and doing any remediation that is necessary after installation.
