Bass Player wanted

Relaxed cover band of 8 years looking for a good new bass player. PA at practice location. We are one guitarist/singer and one lead guitarist in our 60's (not geezer!) and cover Decemberists, Lou Reed, Patti Smith, Iggy Pop, Nirvana, Joy Division, Social Distortion, Bowie, Orwell's, Kraftwerk, Foo Fighters, Stones, Raveonettes, Dylan, Sufjan Stevens, Neil/Crazy Horse, and working on several others. We have very rarely practiced during Covid and now seek a bass player (and drummer). Mainly interested in fun but serious about improving our sound and learning new songs, with practices once a week in the upper Georgetown/Foxhall Rd. area. Would like to retain a ‘coach’ about 1-2 times/month – we had one for a few years previously. We have not played gigs but open to occasionally doing that – being paid is not a desire. All ages welcome.
