Renaissance Towers Apartments in Hammond, IN is hiring for a Maintenance Tech position!! Responsibilities: • Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner • Ensure apartment units are move-in ready • Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community systems • Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: • Must be able to perform on-call duties • Prior industry/relevant experience is needed Incentives: • $20-21/hr depending on skill-set and exp • Great benefits including • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holidays • Paid parental leave Qualified candidates are asked to simply email their resumes to [email protected] for immediate consideration.
