Does anyone have the name of some musician friendly landlords or buildings? I am a professional Jazz musician turned Real Estate Agent. I became an agent, because over the years I faced a lot of hassle getting apartments as well as negotiating my music with neighbors. Would really like to hone in on buildings that work for musicians so I can put my clients in good hands. Ideal buildings or landlords are guarantor friendly or flexible on applications, and already have tenants who give lessons from their home or even practice.
