Qualifications: 5 years of experience applying lawn and plant fungicides, pesticides & fertilizers Knowledge of equipment use & ability to calculate application rates and equipment calibration Knowledge of organic products (preferred, not required) Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record Ability to diagnose insect and disease and implement a solution Ability to perform all duties with minimum supervision and direction Ability to work in all weather conditions Legal authorization to work in the United States Must pass a background check Responsibilities: Perform chemical and fertilizer applications on high-end, estate gardens. Communicate with Garden Managers Spotting, diagnosing, and treating turf and plant issues Ability to complete daily paperwork, including complete and accurate pesticide applications Drive and operate company provided spray truck Mix, load, and apply fertilizers/herbicides to numerous sites each day Attend all required safety training and utilizing proper safety equipment.
