Hello looking to find more info in regards to this man, he has stolen from me and will not return calls or texts, police can do nothing without an address or a name. I have attached what images I could get of him. He works for something in this area that wears a orange vest, has some feather tattoo across his upper chest, a pistol hilt on his left lower abdomen, and some symbol cover the entirety of the back of his left hand. His cell phone number is . I had given him every option to return my belongings and he won’t do now I need help from the community to find him and get some justice
