Description

Have a gutted house that needs to be remodeled. A lot of: Drywall (around 12-14 full sheets, not whole house), tile (2.5 bathrooms), laminate flooring first floor (for flooring, subfloor is in good condition). Some electrical (adding outlets off of existing lines) and some plumbing drains needed for a new bathroom. Most (around 90%) of materials will be purchased separately and at the site, if you need something odd home depot is 10 minutes away and I will reimburse. Job will last around a month if you can work 5 days a week, also willing to hire someone part time who wants to pick up work on the side, but looking to get this done ASAP. Preference will be given to a full time (40hrs/wk). Please respond with either hourly or daily rate. Emails without a rate will not receive a response.
