Staffing Connection is looking for Production Operators to join our team in the Jacksonville area. First come fisrt serve. Job will not last long! PURPOSE: - Assemble portable solar cells and solar parts and equipment, as well as identifies areas of improvement. DUTIES: - Operates and loads the machine as per SOP. - Achieves production daily output target. - Monitors the smooth production process. - Ensures the quality product is produced. - Operates and maintains manufacturing machinery and equipment. - Troubleshoots, identifies and possibly do operator's repair on minor mechanical failures. - Completes customer orders and requests in a timely fashion. - Performs routine preventative maintenance. - Adhere to safety policies and procedures. **Must be able to pass drug test** Call/Text us to APPLY!!
