Individual needed for on-site grounds maintenance and miscellaneous light building maintenance at an HOA community. Duties include; cleaning up grounds, monitoring parking, light building and ground repairs and maintenance and additional various projects that are not contracted out to trade specialists and may be assigned to you. Communication with management for routine updates and works orders. Consistent, but flexible weekly schedule. Experience with building and grounds maintenance a plus. Candidate must be dependable, and pass a background check. No smoking, drugs or alcohol allowed.
