In this hands-on bitters building workshop, we’ll learn about the history and lore behind bitters, their effects on the body and fun and easy ways to use them. We’ll go over the process and methods of crafting unique blends, and get to know the functions and flavors of many different herbal ingredients by sharing their profiles and tasting individual extracts. Each participant will leave class with a 4 oz jar of their own unique blend after creating their own recipe or choosing from one of the original recipes Cheri will share. Register to reserve spot.
