Our company is growing and we need qualified and reliable workers! We are in need of 1099 Workers in the following areas 1)Cleaners - looking for a crew or 2 of cleaners to pursue commercial cleaning contracts, post construction cleans, and AirBnB/General House cleaning. Looking for a crew that has pricing structure in place. We will Sub-Contract with you on all cleaning contracts! 2)Handymen/Women - Our company acts as a 3rd party vendor to property manager groups around Denver Metro. We get consistent work. We will Sub-contract you at a rate of $25-40/HR based on experience. 3)Unit Turn Crews - If you are a crew that is familiar with Multi-family/rental grade remodels, please reach out! We are looking to sub-contract crews on unit turn jobs ranging from $1k-$15k worth of work. Please reach out with a resume, list of references (min. 2), photos of work if able, and current availability/amount of work looking to take on. We're very flexible and can give you as much or as little work as you want! We are a newer company in the Denver Metro looking to grow. Without our crews, we are nothing. We ask for quality work and reliability is key!
