The mission of Non Profit Promise Ranch is to Enhance Our Community Through Connection and Inclusion. For our Barn Team, this means working cooperatively with other staff, Barn Manager, Equine Manager, Therapists/Instructors, and Volunteers, providing consistent, quality care to our Program’s therapy animals, who work as partners in the development and healing of our participants. Starting compensation $15. All aspects of animal care from guinea pigs to bunnies to goats and equines. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds, valid Driver’s License and Transportation, Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Most successful applicants will have the ability to both work independently and as part of a team. Able to work in all environments, including inclement weather. Join our team!
