Join us for a evening revolved around sound, movement and positive intention. Move and dance freely and expressively! An ecstatic dance with no alcohol or drugs- just music and dance in a safe and sacred space. No experience necessary. All are welcome! The music will be focused on world/medicine bass and tribal flow. DJ Kofdrop will be playing at this ecstatic dance. Times: 8-8:20pm = Stretching and talking about what to expect and create 8:20 -10pm = Dance Rules for Ecstatic Dance: -No Judgement... dance freely -No alcohol or drugs... be clear -No shoes... be connected and respect the space -No talking...be embodied -Practice consent...make sure everyone feels safe This event will happen at Seven Studios (1488 Grandview Ave) A donation of $10-$15 is encouraged for the event.
