Description

I just bought a dog from Lancaster puppies. The family that sold the dog to me said that the dog had been vaccinated and was completely free of parasites and was housebroken. I’ve gotten the puppy home who is seven months old and not only is he not housebroken, but has severe infestation of parasites and diarrhea. I can deal with the fact that he’s not housebroken, but he’s got severe diarrhea and worms and there’s fluid that’s been coming from his nose that we didn’t see until the evening it is rather cloudy. will the lemon law cover something like this? Because my family saved up to pay $500 for this dog and not being rich, we can’t afford it to just be in this condition not only that the dog shows definite signs of abuse since we have brought him home he’s afraid to walk on certain surfaces. We have to coax him into moving even in the littlest baby steps. He was afraid when we picked him up, but they assured us that he normally was not like that that he was just nervous but I don’t believe it because anytime we move, he ducks I don’t really know what to do at this point and I’m hoping someone out there will be able to advise me. Thank you in advance.
