Business Immigration Attorney Matthew Myers will provide an overview of the U.S. immigration strategies to sponsor international professionals, including the circumstances where a pathway may be readily available. Mr. Myers will also discuss the annual H-1B visa lottery which will take place in March 2023, before which time employers should review their existing international workforce and May 2023 graduates to determine who would benefit.
