Come out to Franke Park and join the Getting Miles crew for the Franke Fox Five on Sunday, September 10th. Where: Franke Park BMX Race Park Parking lot 3411 Sherman Blvd Fort Wayne, IN 46808 When: Sunday, September 10th at 1 pm What to expect: The “Fox” will launch at 1pm from the parking lot next to the BMX track. Catch catch and finish before the Fox to win cool prizes. Runners will follow five miles of technical dirt trail running in the Franke Park trail network. Trail turns will be marked with small flags. The trail can be tricky so be sure to watch for the turns. There is a very small steam crossing. Be sure to bring a dry pair of shoes! The trail network is shared with mountain bikes, so be aware and allow cyclists to pass. The Fox Franke 5 is a free untimed fun-run and open to all participants. Use your smart phone fitness app or fitness wearable to track your time and then share your adventure on social media. Post-run awards begin at 2Toms Brewing at 3 pm.
