I will be a vendor at this weekend's Holiday Matsuri at the Marriott World Center Orlando. I am seeking 1 person to help run the booth Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - including setup and breakdown. Hours: Thursday (Dec 15): Noon to 6pm Friday (Dec 16): 11am to 7pm Saturday (Dec 17): 10am to 7pm Sunday (Dec 18) 10am to 8pm Job description: For setup and breakdown, we will be loading/unloading the van, and setting up/tearing down the booth. This will require some lifting (boxes weigh up to 50lbs) and carrying. During the show duties include: assisting customers, watching out for shoplifters, and organizing merchandise. Sunday after the show ends we will pack up the booth and load it into the van. Things to know: You should expect to be on your feet the majority of the time. Merchandise boxes can weigh up to 50 lbs, so any hire will need to be able to lift and carry that amount. Parking fees are not covered. Nor are food and beverages. There will be a lot of direct face time with customers/attendees. Pay rate is $14.00 an hour in cash paid at the end of the show.
