Well today is the day to put all that behind you (actually Sunday is the day). Come try our new class: PK Silver, designed specifically for older active adults, possibly with preexisting conditions, is a fun and interactive way to move and get fit while learning unique Parkour and Ninja skills! Everything will be low impact and low to the ground. Slow paced and right at your current level. Mr. Matt will be there...and he NEEDS A HEART TRANSPLANT! First class: Sunday 1/8/2023 9am-10am Classes will be every Sunday 9am for 8 weeks. 8 week package is FREE for members/staff and only $120 for non-members.
