Fresh hand-made Tibetan cuisine will be prepared by a husband/wife cooking team born and raised in the Land of Snow. In addition to a delicious, freshly prepared meal, guests will meet our beloved Tibetan Buddhist monk, Geshe Lobsang Nima, who is visiting from India. The event will take place in the natural setting where the Tibetan Buddhism Center for World Peace holds its weekly Dharma meetings. Depending on weather, it will be either indoors or outside...or both! There will be two seating times: 11:30 am, and 1:00 pm. Geshe Nima will give a short talk for both in-between the two seating times so that both groups can meet and enjoy his story. Funds from ticket sales will support Geshe Nima and his work for the monks at Drepung Loseling Monastery in southern India, where he teaches.
