Join us on National Take A Walk Outdoors Day for a community walk led by Westin Run Concierge, Sandra, as a way to kick off the new year and to encourage establishing a new routine.
During the walk Sandra will highlight the health and wellness benefits and importance of reaching the moderate active heart rate zone of 70-percent. After the walk, participants are encouraged to stay and continue the conversation in Starbucks in the Westin Lobby.
