Looking for caretaker after surgery

I am in my early 30s, I will be having surgery soon on my shoulder. I am possibly looking for some help around the house for the first week after surgery, nothing major. Just some cooking, very light housework. Honestly at most just help folding laundry and some cooking. I will hopefully be able to do anything else on my own. If you are interested please send a description of yourself and what you think you would charge for this. Also a picture would help a lot. Thank you.
