The 2023 HBCU All-Star Game, a college basketball showcase highlighting the best HBCU players in the country, will be held at Texas Southern University H&PE Arena in Houston on Sunday, April 2 at 4:00 PM, ET. The second annual HBCU All-Star Game will feature the best talent from the four Historically Black Athletic Conferences, representing players from the MEAC & SIAC versus players from the SWAC & CIAA, along with Tennessee State, Hampton, and North Carolina A&T State Universities. The HBCU All-Star Game will generate black tourism dollars to stimulate the local Houston community and invest in youth and senior citizens outreach programs.
