Make 2023 your year. Join us for an evening of vision and manifestation. We will start the event with a short, guided meditation visualization exercise and continue the night by creating our very own vision boards. All materials will be provided; feel free to bring any personal pictures that you might want to include. Come and connect! Drink specials and light appetizers will be provided by our friends at Flight 22 and are available to purchase. This event is brought to you by: Sandra Montes LCSW CADC PEL, owner of In Motion Counseling PLLC. She is a licensed therapist and is trained in meditation, mindfulness and yoga nidra. Sandra Diaz is a fierce advocate for housing equity, mental health, and the arts. Her passion is rooted from community building and pride.
