Come out to hear two of LA's most iconic local singers. James Janiesse and Jay Jackson will sing a special tribute to the great Lou Rawls, all for a great cause - raising money to help new African American winemakers! African Americans are 10% of wine drinkers in America, but own less than 1% of the vineyards. The Association of African American Vintners (AAAV) is working to change that. Through this Jazz & Wine Fundraiser, along with other events, the AAAV is raising $25,000 for new African American winemakers. Five $5000 grants will be awarded to the qualified winemakers. So come out to support and give. Plus, you'll get a free bottle of wine to take home!
