!!HIRING OVER 50 REACH TRUCK OPERATORS !! Employer Solutions Services is looking for a skilled and experienced reach truck operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid reach truck license and at least 2 years of experience operating a reach truck. They will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving and stacking pallets, and general warehouse duties as assigned. They must be able to work independently and be able to lift up to 30lbs. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with the potential for overtime. Location: Hialeah Gardens Pay: $19.50/ Hour(Evening Shift) $17.50/Hour (Morning Shift) Schedule: MONDAY- FRIDAY (Flexible on Weekends) Shift Hours: 7am-04:00pm 5:30pm-2:30am Duties & Responsibilities: Operate a stand-up, Reach truck to move and stack pallets of merchandise in the warehouse Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Follow established company policies and procedures Adhere to all OSHA standards and regulations Maintain a clean and safe work area Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately Complete daily checklists and paperwork accurately Load and unload trucks as needed Perform regular maintenance on the reach truck, including charging the battery and checking fluid levels Keep track of inventory and report low stock levels to a supervisor Assist with physical inventories as needed Help train new employees on proper reach truck operation Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate a reach truck Ability to lift 15+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed EMPLOYER SOLUTIONS SERVICES 7930 NW 36TH STREET SUITE#216 DORAL,FL,33166 OR CALL KEILIN AND HECTOR AT (786)618-5288 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability Experience: Reach truck: 2 year (Required) License/Certification: Forklift Certification (Preferred)
