When registering, type your club's name in its entirety, please do not abbreviate. Use the provided club index to confirm you have listed your club's name correctly. CREDENTIALS: provide your current state position and not your club position if you serve multiple positions list only one position (register under the first position listed) if you serve on State level, use the provided 22-24 administration index to confirm your position (If your name is not listed, you will need to register as Club President, Club Member, or Delegate. State Program and Standing Committee credentials are reserved for Chairs only not committee members.) DELEGATES: only applies to Convention (do not use during Summer or Winter Board) if you serve as a state officer/chair or club president you are not eligible to vote on behalf of your club, your club president will need to assign a delegate to vote in your place delegates should be assigned by club presidents GUESTS: any non GFWC-SC member GFWC-SC club members should register as club member and not guest
