60-min Meditative Yoga Flow class is a synergistic blend of Meditation + Movement offered in a variety of yoga styles customized for the group - Slow Flow, Restorative, Vinyasa, Hatha, & Yin Yoga. All levels welcome - including beginners.
Class will incorporate opening/closing meditation, with mindful breathing and movement. This allows you to awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility. You will be incorporating movement to lengthen the body, balancing poses to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This is a stimulating yet thoughtful approach to building your yoga practice.
Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress, or simply decompress, this class is perfect for all. Modifications offered for all levels of practice with the use of yoga props to prevent injuries and suit individual needs.
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a Yoga mat & any yoga props needed (available at TW). Hydration Advised!
