I’m making the very difficult decision to rehome my boy. My mental health has been tanking dramatically the past few months and it’s not fair to him at all. We also live in an apartment because we were told the breed makes good apartment dogs, and that is not the case for him. He deserves a home with a fenced in yard and someone who can give him an amazing life. I will warn you though, he has an attraction to other dogs poop and has contracted giardia in the past from it (he has been treated and tested negative).. so dog parks are a big no go for him. He just turned a year old on November 28th, he is not neutered, he is fully vaccinated, he is microchipped, and he has full AKC registration. He is also fully house trained and crate trained. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids. He will come with his collar, rabies and microchip tag, a bandana, leash, bowls, food (Diamond Naturals Large Breed Adult Lamb), food container, and grooming supplies. I am going to be extremely picky about who he goes to, and would love for him to go to someone with Berner experience.. or at least large breed experience. $800 rehoming fee.
