Looking for a small crew of people to help a mobile home community with various tasks. JOB STARTS NOW!!! These will vary upon task. Examples may be but not limited to, hanging drywall, install flooring (rolled vinyl), installing cupboards,sinks toilets,bathtubs,sub flooring, painting etc. Electrical experience as well as plumbing experience is not a must but a BONUS!! Must be over 21 years Must have own tools Must have reliable transportation Must have 3 years experience Must NOT have excuses Must be able to draw bids Must be able to evaluate each project and continue to stay in budget. Must be able to donate 30 hours or more weekly to keep up with construction deadlines Must be able to assist with maintenance tickets. Pay is per job and set by contractor and agreed upon by park. Net 30 pay (this has flexibility) (1st and 15th) All supplies needed will be supplied by the park but will be set by you. Computer skills needed everything must be in writing with contracts. You will be overseen by onsite maintenance staff as well as management staff. People skills would be fantastic! Not really needed since most work is independent. You will need to meet with some tenants at certain points so please be appropriate.
