Commercial cleaner/custodian needed asap

Looking for something to do while you make some extra money? Retired but thinking of doing something part-time? We are looking for an experienced office cleaner to work in downtown Rochester. Shifts are generally Monday - Friday 5 - 9 pm, but you have some flexibility to choose your hours (e.g., early morning vs evening. You can even work on Saturday or Sunday instead of Friday. Monday - Thursday are a must.). Those hours just cannot be between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm when our tenants are working. The position is part-time. Responsibilities include: • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, garbage removal, replacing lightbulbs, removing snow, salting sidewalks, etc.) Skills • Proven working experience as a cleaner, preferably in commercial buildings. • Knowledge of plumbing a plus Requirements • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds • Must be able to use stairs • Must have a working smartphone and must answer it when we call or text regarding work during normal business hours. • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and thorough with an eye for detail. • Must be able to pass a background check and provide at least 3 references (two must be previous employers).
