Looking for a General Laborer that is mechanically inclined. Most work is for general property maintenance. Ideally looking for a candidate that has previous or current construction experience. Previous auto repair experience a plus. Job Duties Include but Not Limited To • Painting • Installing siding • Installing roofing • Operating heavy equipment • Tree trimming, mulching, and general maintenance • Any additional duties as assigned Preferred Skills • Attention to detail • Self-starter • Eager to follow directions • Team member attitude Requirements • Candidates must have reliable transportation to/from work • Valid driver's license required • Insurable driving record required
