We are looking for a reliable cleaning person/painter in our Art Gallery/Production Studio. Studio located in Soho, Manhattan. Your location should be preferable in Manhattan (North Brooklyn, 30 min away from Studio) Responsibilities: We are looking for a reliable cleaning person/painter in our Art Gallery/Production Studio. Studio located in Soho, Manhattan. Your location should be preferable in Manhattan (North Brooklyn, 30 min away from Studio) Responsibilities: - Basic cleaning operations before, during events and after events - Availability for after-event cleaning in the late hours, or early in the morning if not possible to stay during events - During events, garbage cans are always clean and a new bag is put on immediately, - Folding chairs and tables after and before an event - Bussing disposable tableware leftovers of food glasses if not in use during the event - Cyclorama that needs to be painted a few days a week ( Sometimes two times a day when busy) - Moving Art Paintings depending on our Exhibit carefully lifting them, putting up screws, or taking them out from the walls - Taking care of walls, filling holes with plaster making sure they look presentable after every exhibit - Making sure the wooden floors are always clean without paint on them, taking off paint from the wooden floor -whenever.lomjuis needed. - Keeping bathrooms clean every time when coming, - Cleaning water filter and coffee filter refrigerator when needed - Organizing drawers, and wardrobe, opening amazon packages and sorting out deliveries into the wardrobe or wherever it's needed - Making sure the back part fire escape for garbage looks nice and presentable with a challenge that we put paint garbage and extra stuff there.
