Drummer looking for practice space share

Hello. I'm a drummer in need of a place to play drums. If you have a practice space and want someone to share the rent with, I could either bring my own kit to the space or play on an existing kit in the space (to save room). I'm responsible, trustworthy and clean. I will always leave the room like I found it. I prefer a space west of Colorado Blvd (I live in Lakewood), but am willing to discuss other options. Thanks!
