Stolen 2 Super 73 z1 white frame red seat

Rajesh K. Bond is a thief(pictured in post). I hired him to fix up my electric bikes and he has stolen them both. Originally I gave him two super 73 z1 (white with red seat, one with red pegs on the back) to fix. I told him to take parts from either one to make just one work and he could keep what ever he didn't use as payment along with a cash payment. It's been months since I've heard from him now. I'm looking for any information on him. I already filed a police report (3months ago) but have had no results with the boulder PD. I've heard he's left town but still has a storage unit possibly. He used to frequent the thursday night cruise so I'm hoping someone in the area might be able to help out. The last contact I had with him he told me he put the bikes into storage somewhere in boulder. This guy is a thief and I want everyone to know that. I've included a photo too.
