Willing to help out with all the procrastinated chores. I'm a real handy person around the house, I'll help with anything that needs done. Shelves need hung I can do that, appliances need installed I can do that, furniture needs rearranged or assembled I can do that. You name it and I can do it. Jack of all trades is master of none, but a jack of all will get more done than a master of one. I'm reasonable when it comes to cost as well as I'm willing to barter.
