- Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner, prioritizing them by the urgency of the problem
- Keep an organized stocked shop compliant with OSHA guidelines
- Assist in hvac, electrical, and plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and replacements
- Ensure turnkey process is being completed and move ins go smoothly
- Oversight of 2 maintenance techs and a groundskeeper
- Assist in oncall, rotating every 3rd week.
