Our client, a large trade association located in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Senior Retirement & Benefits Analyst to join their team!About You:3+ years of relevant experience required.Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.High level of detail-orientation and organization.Strong written and verbal communications.Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple database and software programs.The Culture:Comprehensive and competitive benefits package.Culture focused on professional development and growth within the organization.Office working on a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days/week in the office.The Job:Serve as a subject matter expert for members/clients regarding 401K, retirement, and group benefits plans.Set-up and implement customized benefits plans for members/clients, and ensuring individuals of the member/client company are appropriately enrolled.Review and send out health ID cards to individuals and review and send invoices to members/clients.Prepare templated legal documents regarding compliance and changes to any member/client retirement plans.Collaborate across departments and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and reports.This is a direct-hire position that pays a salary of $90K-$100K (DOE).
