Start Right Away... Budget Blinds of Lincoln and Omaha are currently seeking Installers for window shades, shutters & blinds. On-the-job training; strong people skills are a must for positive interaction with customers. Flexible hours Monday – Friday and some Saturdays, year-round work indoors! About the Company: Budget Blinds of Lincoln and Omaha services all of Lincoln and the surrounding Metro Area including Omaha. Compensation: $18.00 starting wage, including mileage reimbursement; increase based upon performance. There is a part-time position with flexible hours with potential to become full-time. Qualifications: Able to work in the United States Possess a valid Driver’s License Must have a working vehicle to transport blinds Willing to travel within the metro area Must be able to speak English Reliable, punctual, honest and have a good work ethic Previous job references Job Requirements: Possess good people skills Reliable Smart Phone with access to Outlook and texting Experienced with the use of and have your own set of tools (cordless drill, basic tool set) Must be able to lift to 50 pounds Able to work on a ladder with moderate height Be able to work independently on the job or as a team Job Types: Part-tome to start, will become Full-Time with gained experience Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance available Schedule: Monday to Friday and Occasional Weekends Work Location: Multiple locations (mainly Lincoln/Omaha and surrounding areas) Hours per week: 20-30/week to start Typical start time: 8-9AM Typical end time: 4-5PM This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
