A Community Meeting and Public Hearing shall be conducted on December 14, 20222, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of affording interested parties the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions about the potential designation of property located at 813 6th Avenue W, Bradenton, FL 34205, Folio Nos. , , 3270000007, 3270100005, 3270200003, 3270300001, 3270400009, 3270500006, and 3270600004, as a Brownfield Area pursuant to Section 376.80(2)(c), Florida Statutes. This Community Meeting and Public Hearing, to be held at the Addison Apartments, located at 702 6th Avenue E, Bradenton, Manatee County, FL 34208, will also address future development and rehabilitation activities planned for the site by the designation applicant, HTG Riverview6, Ltd. Two additional public hearings, dates to be announced, will be held at the Bradenton City Hall, Bradenton City Council Chambers, located at 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, FL 34205.
