I am a professional metal sculptor looking for an artist/creative to share my 800 sq ft studio, 275 sq. ft. / $895 mo. rent + utilities. The space is solidly built with 11' ceilings and concrete floors, and located in the Trestle building. The images show the rental space. We will be working in separate areas. Located near R, F and G trains + parking. Wifi included, freight elevator, next to Home Depot. My process involves a moderate amount of MIG welding and mostly hand machines.
