Looking for 1 to 2 investors for rental properties. We would buy fixeruppers, repair and remodel and rent out. I would consider 1 or 2 partner investors that also as me can work on the properties. We would all need 20 to 30k each for invest/remodels,repairs. The optimal would be a 3 man partnership. I have a long background in construction and also have trailers, excavator, tools and knowledge in construction.
