We have several positions open for experienced and reliable Cleaners. Full time - hours usually 8am - 4pm Part-time - hours vary Casual - last minute availability We operate approx. 30 Airbnb properties in downtown Lorain, as well as regular long-term rentals. In winter, occupancy slows down, and fulltime workers can work on decorating new properties, writing work orders, getting ready for summer, organizing etc. Computer literacy is beneficial, as there is some admin work that we can offer for more hours etc. The summer is extremely busy, with ample opportunity for overtime. It is fast-paced and you will need to turn over multiple units at a time. Most of our Airbnb's are within one condo complex so there isn't a lot of travel needed between properties.
